Con menos ingresos, la relaci\u00f3n entre calidad y precio se vuelve en el principal factor de compra para 6 de cada 10 consumidores (seg\u00fan el informe \u2018Consumidores y nueva realidad\u2019 de KPMG).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Despegue del canal digital.<\/strong> El crecimiento de los canales digitales, en parte gracias al confinamiento, ha generado que los consumidores compren, contraten servicios e interact\u00faen con las marcas de forma digital. En el Per\u00fa, la C\u00e1mara de Comercio de Lima (CCL) proyect\u00f3 que, para el 2021, 11 millones 250 mil personas comprar\u00edan por internet; y para el 2025 el e-commerce crecer\u00eda hasta 110%.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Repensar la tienda f\u00edsica.<\/strong> Como consecuencia del despegue de la venta online, es necesario reconocer la necesidad de reinventar las tiendas f\u00edsicas. Asimismo, de la experiencia diferencial es necesario pasar al refuerzo de las medidas sanitarias. A este fin, el 32% de los consumidores aseguran que si disponen de las precauciones necesarias volver\u00edan a sus h\u00e1bitos anteriores, por lo que priorizar las medidas de seguridad y sanitarias ser\u00e1 indispensable para volver a atraer a los clientes a las tiendas f\u00edsicas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Cadenas de suministro.<\/strong> La crisis de contenedores ha puesto a prueba al sector comercio, principalmente a aquellas compa\u00f1\u00edas con proveedores distribuidos en otros pa\u00edses.
