Los consumidores gradual y lentamente transitar\u00e1n hacia una nueva normalidad. En el camino veremos el desarrollo de la venta en l\u00ednea, la que llegar\u00e1 a los sectores socioecon\u00f3micos de menores ingresos con adecuaciones e innovaci\u00f3n en medios de pago.<\/p>\n<p>Los consumidores venimos experimentado un nuevo modo de vida. El confinamiento y las salidas restringidas a la calle crearon la necesidad de realizar solo compras de productos de primera necesidad, m\u00e1s grandes y con restricciones de gasto que nos oblig\u00f3 a poner en marcha un modo de consumo m\u00e1s ahorrador y racional.<\/p>\n<p>Es as\u00ed como el \u00faltimo estudio de Nielsen, establece la evoluci\u00f3n de la conducta del consumidor en seis etapas, ante la preocupaci\u00f3n por el COVID-19. En los consumidores de mayores ingresos en primera instancia, se evidenci\u00f3 una\u00a0<em>compra saludable proactiva<\/em>, pues, aument\u00f3 el inter\u00e9s por los productos para el mantenimiento general de la salud y el bienestar, pasando luego a una\u00a0<em>gesti\u00f3n reactiva de la salud<\/em>. En una tercera etapa los peruanos optaron por la\u00a0<em>preparaci\u00f3n de la despensa,\u00a0<\/em>con un surtido m\u00e1s amplio de productos alimenticios.<\/p>\n<p>La cuarta etapa consiste en la\u00a0<em>preparaci\u00f3n de la vida en cuarentena,\u00a0<\/em>evidenciada por el aumento de las compras en l\u00ednea y la disminuci\u00f3n de las visitas a tiendas, ya que los viajes de compra se redujeron y aumentaron las preocupaciones sobre los precios, esto supone una quinta etapa,\u00a0<em>una vida restringida<\/em>. Lo que se espera es entrar en la etapa seis,\u00a0<em>una vida con normalidad,<\/em>\u00a0donde los consumidores retomen gradualmente sus rutinas, pero con una renovada cautela sobre la salud.<\/p>\n<p>Este tr\u00e1nsito a una nueva normalidad, seg\u00fan el estudio Escenarios COVID19 elaborado por Deloitte, mostrar\u00e1 cambios estructurales importantes principalmente en el sector retail. Anticipamos un crecimiento del canal online, nuevas exigencias y modalidades de compra y la redefinici\u00f3n de la arquitectura de canales de venta. Para los peque\u00f1os negocios, el uso de la tecnolog\u00eda para recibir pedidos, contactar a sus clientes, as\u00ed como el despacho a domicilio ser\u00e1n cambios a los que tendr\u00e1n que adecuarse.
