Muchas cosas han cambiado. Entre 2016 y el 2018, seg\u00fan un informe de Datum Internacional, el acceso a internet a trav\u00e9s de celulares y smartphones ha crecido de 61 a 85%. El tiempo promedio de permanencia en redes sociales que registr\u00f3 el estudio era de 3,6 horas. Dichas conductas y el crecimiento de la penetraci\u00f3n de internet han impulsado tambi\u00e9n el desarrollo del comercio electr\u00f3nico. Revisando distintos estudios hay 3 comportamientos disruptivos en la forma tradicional de compra en el peruano.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Crecen las compras, la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios, el desarrollo de operaciones financieras<\/strong>. El estudio de Datum indicaba que un\u00a023% de los entrevistados manifiesta haber comprado por internet en el 2018, esto es 10 puntos m\u00e1s que en el 2016.\u00a0Lo que va cambiando es la forma de adquirir servicios: un 49% se\u00f1al\u00f3 haber hecho al menos 1 de forma online. Un 17% us\u00f3 aplicativos de entidades financieras pare realizar alguna transacci\u00f3n, 9% pidi\u00f3 comida a trav\u00e9s de alg\u00fan servicio de delivery, 6% compr\u00f3 entradas al cine a trav\u00e9s de una app. Luego aparecen otros con porcentajes menores.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/willardmanrique.pe\/compras-online-3-comportamientos-de-los-peruanos\/#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Seguir\u00e1n comprando online y se pagar\u00e1 con tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito.<\/strong>\u00a0Un 26% de peruanos en el mismo estudio precis\u00f3 que en el siguiente a\u00f1o comprar\u00eda igual o m\u00e1s que el a\u00f1o en consulta. En enero de este a\u00f1o, un estudio de la C\u00e1mara de Comercio de Lima indicaba que el 42,7% de los investigados precisaron que la tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito era su medio preferido; seguido por la de d\u00e9bito (16,13%).\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/willardmanrique.pe\/compras-online-3-comportamientos-de-los-peruanos\/#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a>\u00a0Eso impone el reto de un mayo crecimiento de la bancarizaci\u00f3n y de mecanismos de seguridad para el desarrollo de operaciones financieras en el entorno online. La misma entidad report\u00f3 el pasado julio, en el marco de los CyberDays que el 10,3% del total de compradores de esas campa\u00f1as asigna entre 500 y 750 soles mensuales a compras online; el 7,5%, m\u00e1s de mil soles; y el 6,9%, entre 750 y mil soles.<a href=\"http:\/\/willardmanrique.pe\/compras-online-3-comportamientos-de-los-peruanos\/#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>El mayor volumen de compra online se centra en Lima y lo hacen los millennials.\u00a0<\/strong>Las personas entre 25 y 34 a\u00f1os abarca el 43,6% del total de estos consumidores. Las de la generaci\u00f3n Z (ente 18 y 24 a\u00f1os) secundan con un 22,8%; y los mayores 35 hasta 44 a\u00f1os\u00a0 son el 20,6%. En tanto, la capital peruana registra m\u00e1s de la mitad de las transacciones a nivel nacional. Los millennials vienen modificando la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios y modalidades de atenci\u00f3n de proceso comerciales. Por ejemplo, prefieren comer en restaurantes m\u00e1s que cualquier otra generaci\u00f3n, seg\u00fan la plataforma peruana de reservas online Mesa 24\/7 al diario El Comercio indic\u00f3 que gracias al smartphone buscan, reservan online y recomiendan locales.
